A Washington DC judge on Friday released video depositions of Donald Trump and Donald Trump Jr. Below find the complete transcript.
The depositions are related to Trump’s $200 million Old Post Office building project. Trump’s company won the right to develop the project by making numerous promises to the government that he failed to keep.

Reports say, accused Charleston church shooter, Dylann Roof, was attacked and beaten Thursday in the shower area of a South Carolina jail.
Roof, 22, who is in protective custody at the Charleston County Detention Center, was out of his cell and on his way to the shower when the attack occurred.
The other inmate, Dwayne Stafford, 25, now faces assault charges. No weapons were involved in the attack and Roof was able to return to his cell after being treated, sheriff’s deputies said. Continue reading
Noor Zahi Salman is the second wife of Orlando shooter Omar Mateen. Salman reportedly dropped off Mateen at the Pulse nightclub before he went on to murder 49 people early Sunday morning.
Salman, 30, is also accused of driving Mateen to buy ammunition and a holster on June 9, two nights before the attack.
Salman has not made any public statements to the media about her husband, but it’s been learned she is cooperating with authorities. Continue reading
Kyle Johnson, the man charged in Tuesday’s fatal home invasion attack on an Erie woman, has been found dead in his prison cell Sunday afternoon, Erie County District Attorney Jack Daneri confirmed.
EMS were called to the Erie County Prison around 3 p.m. Sunday and pronounced Johnson dead. Authorities are conducting an investigation into the cause of the death.
Johnson, 25, was arraigned on amended charges, including criminal homicide and murder in the first degree, after Kum Miller passed away from her injuries Saturday morning at UPMC Hamot. Continue reading
*UPDATE* The jury could not come to a unanimous verdict on the death penalty. James Holmes will spend his life in prison without the possibility of parole. END UPDATE* In what may indicate a jury death penalty hold out, jurors in the James Holmes Aurora theater shooting trial asked to review the graphic crime scene video taken inside the theater after the shooting.
The judge agreed to let the jury watch the disturbing video, however saying they could view it only once before handing down their verdict.
The same jury convicted Holmes on July 16 of two counts of first-degree murder for each of the 12 victims in the July 20, 2012 attack. That made him eligible for the death penalty.
The jury has sentenced, Boston bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, to die by lethal injection.
The decision came after over 14 hours of deliberations.

The process should have taken a total of 10 minutes.
