PA Woman Felicia Moyer ID’d As Victim In Tuesday Pine Grove Fatal Motorcycle Crash

PINE GROVE TOWNSHIP, PA. (THECOUNT) — Felicia Moyer, an Auburn woman, was killed Tuesday after the motorcycle she was operating collided with a vehicle attempting to make a left turn onto East Pottsville Road in Pine Grove Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, according to Pennsylvania State Police. She was 24.

The crash occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m. on March 11, 2026, on East Pottsville Road in Pine Grove Township. According to state police, Moyer was traveling eastbound on East Pottsville Road when a vehicle exiting a parking lot attempted to turn left onto the roadway and collided with her motorcycle. Moyer was transported to an area hospital, where she later died from her injuries. The make and model of Moyer’s motorcycle and the other vehicle involved have not been publicly released. The identity of the other driver has not been disclosed. No charges have been announced as of the time of publication. The crash remains under investigation by Pennsylvania State Police out of the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

It has not been confirmed whether Moyer was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. According to PennDOT data, nearly 60 percent of fatal motorcycle crashes in Pennsylvania in recent years involved riders who were not wearing helmets at the time of the incident.

PennDOT’s motorcycle safety campaign, Live Free Ride Alive, is designed to reduce the number of motorcycle crashes and fatalities on Pennsylvania roadways through rider education and public awareness. Safety officials consistently note that early spring — when riders return to the road following winter months — is a particularly dangerous period, as both motorcyclists and drivers adjust to sharing the road again after months of reduced motorcycle traffic.
