IL Man Keith Stone Jr & Teen ID’d As Victims in Danville Double-Fatal Shooting

DANVILLE, IL. (THECOUNT) — A tragic shooting in Danville on Wednesday, November 27, claimed the lives of 33-year-old Keith G. Stone Jr. and a 17-year-old male juvenile, according to the Danville Police Department and Vermilion County Coroner Jane McFadden. The incident occurred in the 1900 block of E Main St. at approximately 2:45 p.m.

Initial reports indicated that one victim was found at the scene, while two others were transported to local hospitals via private vehicles. Tragically, Stone and the teen succumbed to their injuries, while the third individual has since been released from the hospital. Authorities have not disclosed the condition of the surviving victim prior to release.
