ERIE COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Jay Lucal, of Monroeville, Ohio, and James “Jay” Ogle, of Collins, Ohio, have been identified as the victims in a Friday night double-fatal motorcycle crash in Erie County.
Lucal, 48 and 53-year-old Ogle, were both killed when two motorcycles collided Friday night in Berlin Township Friday night.
According to reports, the men were riding side-by-side on OH-113 in Berlinville, when the bikes came into contact and went down around 10 p.m. Friday.
Both riders were pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the wreck remains under investigation.
