BUTLER COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Christina Atkinson, of Lorain, Ohio, has been identified as the body found Monday in Madison Township.
The body of “Chrissy” Atkinson, 28, was discovered on the side of a roadway Monday morning in Madison Township.
According to reports, an individual hunting in the area of Route 11 in Madison Township contacted officials after finding the body of a female around 6 a.m. Monday.
The body was later identified as Atkinson.
Authorities said the body showed “obvious signs of a homicide.”
A cause of death was not provided.
