DAVIDSON COUNTY, TN. (THECOUNT) — Echo Dawn Cummins, of Nashville, Tennessee, has been identified as the victim in a Monday night now fatal vehicle crash in Davidson County.
Cummins, 33, was killed following a single-vehicle crash in Nashville Monday night.
According to reports, Cummins was operating a Nissan Maxima on Poplar Creek Road near Rolling River Parkway in Nashville, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway during a curve Monday night. The vehicle then overcorrected and came into contact with a utility pole.
Cummins was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
