DOUGLAS COUNTY, OR. (THECOUNT) — Connor Jones, of Myrtle Creek, Oregon, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday night fatal vehicle crash in Douglas County.
Jones, 22, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Myrtle Creek Thursday night.
According to reports, Jones was operating a Ford Explorer on the 1300 block or Northwest Dole Road in Myrtle Creek, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway and rolled over.
Jones was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
