OSCEOLA COUNTY, MI. (THECOUNT) — James Shenberger, of Highland Township, Michigan, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday afternoon vehicle crash in Osceola County.
Shenberger, 16, was killed in a two-vehicle crash involving a school bus Thursday afternoon in Highland Charter Township.
According to reports, Shenberger was operating a Chevrolet Cobalt on Duck Lake Road, when the vehicle came into contact with a school bus around 2 p.m. Thursday.
A 62-year-old woman operating the bus and her two passengers were not injured in the collision.
Shenberger was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
