EAST FELICIANA PARISH, LA. (THECOUNT) — Jaylen Baker and Woodrow Stevenson Jr., both of Saint Francisville, Louisiana, have been identified as the victims in a Saturday morning double-fatal vehicle crash in East Feliciana Parish.
Baker, 26, and 50-year-old Stevenson, were both killed in a two-vehicle crash involving a semi-tractor early Saturday morning.
According to reports, Baker was operating a Trailblazer on US-61 near LA-964 in Jackson, when the vehicle came into rear-end contact with a tractor-trailer around 1 a.m. Saturday. The vehicle then became trapped under the big-rig.
Both Baker and his passenger, Stevenson, were pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the crash.
The driver and passenger of the 18-wheeler were both uninjured.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
