JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Audriana Pearson has been identified as the 12-year-old girl shot dead Tuesday night as she slept in her bed in an apparent drive-by shooting in Jefferson County, Alabama.
Pearson was killed after bullets from a drive-by shooting entered her bedroom as she slept in her bed Tuesday night.
According to reports, the shooting occurred around 2:00 a.m. in the 500 block of 16th Avenue Northwest in Center Point.
First responders pronounced Pearson dead of gunshot injuries.
