BATH COUNTY, KY. (THECOUNT) — William Fields has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday morning house fire in Bath County, Kentucky.
Bill Fields, 74, was killed in a house fire in Salt Lick Tuesday morning.
According to reports, Bill and his wife Cheryl were inside their home at 5600 Old Sand Road in Salt Lick, when a fire broke out Tuesday morning.
Cheryl made it out of the residence and was transported to an area hospital with unknown non-life-threatening injuries.
Bill died in the fire.
Investigators have not provided a cause for the blaze.
