MADISON COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Nicholas Brandon Waggener, of Hazel Green, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday morning fatal motorcycle crash in Madison County.
Nick Waggener, 25, was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash Tuesday morning near New Market.
According to reports, Waggener was operating a motorcycle on New Market Road near Butler Road in New Market, when for unknown reasons, the bike exited the roadway and came into contact with a fence.
Waggener was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
No further information on the deadly incident was provided.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
