MARION COUNTY, KY. (THECOUNT) — Matthew Brady and Amber Perez, of Lebanon, Kentucky, have been identified as the victims in a Thursday triple-fatal vehicle crash in Marion County.

Brady, 34, and Perez, 33, were both killed in a two-vehicle crash that also killed a juvenile near Lebanon Thursday morning.

According to reports, Brady was operating a vehicle on US-68 near Lebanon, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and into opposing lanes around 11 a.m. Thursday. The vehicle then came into head-on contact with a vehicle operated by 46-year-old Timothy Mays.

Brady and his passenger, Perez, were both pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene. A juvenile passenger in the vehicle was transported to an area hospital where the juvenile was later pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the crash.

It is unknown if Mays suffered any injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
