UNION COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — Melissa Dziadzio, of Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania, has been identified as the victim in a Sunday fatal vehicle crash in Union County.
Dziadzio, 31, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Hartley Township early Sunday morning.
According to reports, Dziadzio was operating a vehicle on Old Turnpike Road in Hartley Township, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway early Sunday morning. The vehicle then came into contact with a utility pole before traveling into a field of trees.
Dziadzio was pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the wreck.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
