JEFFERSON COUNTY, KY. (THECOUNT) — Zain Baig, of Louisville, Kentucky, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Sunday vehicle crash in Jefferson County.
Biag, 21, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Louisville Sunday morning.
According to reports, Baig was operating a vehicle in the 10000 block of Springmere Dr., in Louisville near Springhurst Towne Center, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 5:30 a.m. Sunday. The vehicle then came into contact with a grouping of trees.
Baig was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
He was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
