Ricky Martin Young Nephew Claims ‘Sexual Relationship’ Restraining Order Filed ‘Physical & Psychological Abuse’

PUERTO RICO. (THECOUNT) — The nephew of singer, Ricky Martin, has been identified as the person who filed a restraining order against him as a result of “stalking” and “domestic abuse.”

Daniel Yadiel Sanchez, 21, the son of Martin’s brother, claims that he and Martin had a sexual relationship for almost a year.

According to reports, Sanchez claims that once he ended the relationship with his uncle, Martin did not take the news well and began to stalk him outside his home. He also says that he during the relationship.

Martin has denied all allegations after the protective order was filed against him in Puerto Rico.

Martin’s brother revealed that it was his son who filed the restraining order.

If found guilty, the singer could face up to 50 years behind bars.
