PROVIDENCE COUNTY, RI. (THECOUNT) — Kristen Mary Ehly, of Providence, Rhode Island, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday night fatal vehicle crash in Providence County.
Ehly, 33, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Pawtucket Wednesday night.
According to reports, Ehly was operating a vehicle on Interstate 95 in Pawtucket, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 6 p.m. Wednesday. The vehicle then came into contact with a guardrail and a utility pole.
Ehly was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Ehly recently live in Acushnet, Massachusetts.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
