FLOYD COUNTY, KY. (THECOUNT) — Captain Ralph Frasure of the Prestonsburg Police Department, Deputy Will Petry of the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and K9 officer, Drago, have been identified as the victims killed in a Thursday night shooting in Floyd County, Kentucky
The officers were killed in a shooting in Allen City Thursday night.
Drago, the K9 officer, was with the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office.
Allen, also known as Allen City, is a home rule-class city in Floyd County, Kentucky, in the United States. The population was 193 at the 2010 census, up from 150 at the 2000 census.
