FLOYD COUNTY, KY. (THECOUNT) — Captain Ralph Frasure of the Prestonsburg Police Department, Deputy Will Petry of the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and K9 officer, Drago, have been identified as the victims killed in a Thursday night shooting in Floyd County, Kentucky
