NAPA, CA. (THECOUNT) — The husband of Nancy Pelosi, Paul Pelosi, will face criminal charges following his recent arrest for DUI, TMZ is reporting Thursday.
If convicted, Paul Pelosi will do jail time.
Paul Pelosi was charged with two criminal misdemeanors – Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Causing Injury, and Driving with .08% Blood Alcohol Level or Higher Causing Injury.
A blood sample was collected coming back .082% BAC – just over the legal limit.
