LINN COUNTY, KS. (THECOUNT) — Phillip A. Murray, of Olathe, Kansas, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Thursday night vehicle crash in Linn County.
Murray, 53, was killed in single-vehicle crash near Pleasanton Thursday night.
According to reports, Murray was operating a Chevrolet Silverado on U.S. 69 in Overland Park, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 6 p.m. Thursday. The vehicle then entered a culvert and rolled over.
Murray was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
