JEFFERSON COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Cody M. Griffith, of Adena, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Friday night Side-By-Side utility vehicle crash in Jefferson County.
Griffith, 21, was killed in a UTV crash near Mount Pleasant Friday night.

According to reports, Griffith was operating a Side-By-Side on Township Road 128 in Mount Pleasant, when he failed to properly traverse the vehicle on a hill and rolled over.
Griffith, who was partially ejected from the vehicle during the wreck, was killed.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
