WORTH COUNTY, IA. (THECOUNT) — Michelle Runde, of Northwood, Iowa, has been identified as the victim in a Friday night fatal vehicle crash in Worth County.
“Mickey” Runde, 37, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Northwood Friday night.
According to reports, Runde was operating a vehicle on Highway 65 north of Northwood, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 9:30 p.m. Friday. The vehicle then made contact with a machine shed.
Runde was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
