OKLAHOMA COUNTY, OK. (THECOUNT) — Jana Michelle Marchant, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Saturday night vehicle crash in Oklahoma County.
Marchant, 46, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Edmond Saturday night.
According to reports, Marchant was operating a vehicle on Interstate 35 near East Danforth Road in Edmond, when the vehicle came into contact with another vehicle around 6:5 p.m. Saturday. Marchant’s vehicle swerved, exited the roadway and rolled over.
Marchant, who was ejected from the vehicle during the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The other involved driver was not seriously injured in the incident.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
