PLYMOUTH COUNTY, MA. (THECOUNT) — Christine Ricci, of Marchfield, Massachusetts, has been identified as the suspect arrested Thursday in the stabbing death of her husband, 51-year-old Michael Ricci, in their Plymouth County home.
Ricci, 46, is accused in the stabbing death of her husband near Marshfield Thursday evening.
According to reports, police responded to 679 Moraine St in Marshfield after receiving a 911 call around 4:46 p.m Thursday. Once inside the residence, police discovered Michael Ricci suffering from apparent multiple stab wounds. He was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of stab wound injuries.
Christine Ricci was charged with murder. She will be arraigned on Friday.
The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
