BELL COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Anthony Ty-Shawn Alston, of Killeen, Texas, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Wednesday afternoon vehicle crash in Bell County.
Alston, 24, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Fort Hood Wednesday afternoon.
According to reports, Alston was operating a pickup truck on Interstate Highway 14 near Clear Creek Road, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and rolled over multiple times.
Alston, who was ejected from the vehicle during the wreck, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
