WASHINGTON, DC. (THECOUNT) — Brahem Furtick, of Washington, DC, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Friday morning shooting.

Furtick, 42, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at his residence in Southeast D.C. early Friday morning.

According to reports, police responded to a call of shots fired at 738 Atlantic St SE in Washington, DC, around 1 a.m. Friday. When they arrived, Furtick was found suffering from multiple gunshot injuries.

Furtick was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.

No arrests have been made and no motive or suspect information was provided by officials.
