MACON COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — McGarrett Laparker Tyson, of Auburn, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Saturday vehicle crash in Macon County.
Tyson, 47, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Tuskegee early Saturday morning.
According to reports, Tyson was operating a vehicle on Notasulga Road near Mizell Road in Tuskegee, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 2 a.m. Saturday. The vehicle then rolled over.
Tyson was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
