WARREN COUNTY, IA. (THECOUNT) — Joshua Hollingsworth, of Indianola, Iowa, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Monday afternoon motorcycle crash in Warren County.
Hollingsworth, 42, was killed in a two-vehicle motorcycle collision near Indianola Monday afternoon.
According to reports, Hollingsworth was operating a motorcycle on IA-92 near County Road R57 in Indianola, when the bike came into contact with a pickup truck, operated by 72-year-old Dennis Walker of Red Oak, Iowa, around 2:30 p.m. Monday.
Hollingsworth, who was ejected from the motorcycle during the collision, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
