WESTMORELAND COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — Lucinda Rose Jones, of Finleyville, Pennsylvania, has been identified as the victim in a Sunday night vehicle crash in Westmoreland County.
Jones, 41, was killed in a vehicle crash in Hempfield Township Sunday night.
According to reports, Jones was traveling as a rear seat passenger in a vehicle near Arona Road and Rembrandt Circle in Arona, when the vehicle, operated by Nick Rossi, wrecked.
Rossi and the front seat passenger, the victim’s husband, Jeffrey Jones, suffered unknown injuries in the crash.
Jones was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

My daughter Lucinda Jones was not operating the vehicle. She was in the back seat of the car. Her husband Jeff (a disabled State Trooper) was in the passenger seat. A friend of theirs was driving the vehicle which was owned by Lucinda.
