PRATT COUNTY, KS. (THECOUNT) — Elizabeth Glenn, of Saint Louis, Missouri, and Jayden Swavely, also of Saint Louis, have been identified as the victims in a Monday morning double-fatal vehicle crash in Pratt Count, Kansas.
Glenn, 60, and 16-year-old Swavely, were both killed in a Pratt vehicle crash that also injured the driver, 42-year-old Jamie Swavely of Saint Louis.
According to reports, Jamie Swavely was operating a Hyundai Elantra on US-54 in Pratt, when the vehicle attempted to pass several vehicles and came into head contact with a big-rig Monday around 4:30 a.m.
Glenn and Jayden Swavely were pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Jamie Swavely was transported to an area hospital for unknown injuries.
The 54-year-old driver of the eastbound semi was not injured in the collision.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
