NEW HAVEN COUNTY, CT. (THECOUNT) — Karen Jean Gabriel, of Wallingford, Connecticut, has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday night two-vehicle crash in New Haven County.
Gabriel, 58, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Wallingford Tuesday night.
According to reports, Gabriel was operating a vehicle on North Main Street Extension near Barnes Road in Wallingford, when the vehicle came into contact with another vehicle around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Gabriel was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Three other passengers in Gabriel’s vehicle were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. The driver of the number two vehicle was also transported with unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
