COOK COUNTY, IL. (THECOUNT) — Rapper Tray Savage, who was signed to fellow rapper, Chief Keef‘s Glo Gang label, was found shot dead Friday in Chicago.
Tray, 26, was fatally shot while operating a vehicle Friday in the Chatham neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago.
According to reports, Tray was found suffering from gunshot injuries around 11 a.m. after someone opened fire. Tray was hit in the shoulder and neck.
Tray, who was involved in a multi-vehicle crash following the shooting, was transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot and blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
