HENRY COUNTY, TN. (THECOUNT) — Katherine Williams-Dunning, the daughter of Country Music legend Hank Williams, Jr, has been identified as the victim in a Saturday night vehicle crash in Henry County, Tennessee.
Williams-Dunning, 27, was killed in a single-vehicle crash Saturday night on US-79 in Henry County.
According to reports, Williams-Dunning was operating a Chevy Tahoe towing a boat on US-79, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then rolled over multiple times.
Williams-Dunning was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash of blunt force trauma injuries.
Tyler J. Dunning, 29, Katherine’s husband, was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
