KINGSPORT, TN. (THECOUNT) — Tristan Kyle McConnell of Kingsport, Tennessee, has been identified as the victim in a fatal two-vehicle motorcycle crash in Kingsport Tuesday night.
McConnell, 24, was killed in a motorcycle crash involving a vehicle in Kingsport Tuesday night.
According to reports, McConnell was operating a Suzuki K6R motorcycle on West Stone Drive near Teasel Drive, when the bike came into contact with a Pickup truck pulling a trailer, operated 18-year-old Christian Gibson of Church Hill, around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Gibson was uninjured in the crash.
McConnell was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
