ELKHART COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Christopher Moyer, of Nappanee, Indiana, has been identified as the victim in a motorcycle collision in Elkhart County Thursday afternoon.
Chris Moyer, 36, was killed in a crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle near Goshen Thursday.
According to reports, Moyer was operating a vehicle on IN-119 near State Road 15, when his bike came into contact with a slow-moving SUV Thursday afternoon.
Moyer, who was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
According to social media, Moyer was originally from Kihei, Hawaii.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
