FLOYD COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Samuel Phelps of in La Grange, Kentucky, has been identified as the body found at the residence of former University of Louisville dance coach Brian Todd Sharp.
Phelps, 23, was found dead at the Indiana home of 52-year-old Sharp after officials received a 911 call reporting an unresponsive man on Sunday, according to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Department.
Chief Wayne Kessinger said there is an open investigation into Phelps’ death, adding that there was “no sign of foul play.”
According to public records, Sharp resides at 4358 Scottsville Rd in Floyds Knobs.
