LEHIGH COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — Chad J. Stoudnour, of Emmaus, Pennsylvania, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Saturday morning motorcycle crash in Lehigh County.
Stoudnour, 58, died in an area hospital Sunday after being involved in a Saturday night motorcycle crash near North Whitehall Township.
According to reports, Stoudnour was operating a motorcycle in the 5100 block of Scheidys Road in Schnecksville, when for unknown reasons, the bike crossed centerlines and wrecked around 9 p.m. Saturday night.
Stoudnour, who was ejected from the bike during the crash, was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
