PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL. (THECOUNT) — Alberto Castillo, of Belle Glade, Florida, has been identified as the victim in a fatal two-vehicle crash in Palm Beach County.
Castillo, 37, was killed in a crash Friday afternoon involving a slowing semi-truck near Lake Harbor.
According to officials, Castillo was operating a vehicle on U.S. 27 in Lake Harbor, when he rear ended a slow moving big-rig around 2:15 p.m. Friday.
Castillo was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The driver of the truck not injured in the wreck.
The crash remains under investigation.
