OLMSTED COUNTY, MN. (THECOUNT) — Dane Christenson, of Mankato, Minnesota, has been identified as the victim in a Sunday fatal two-vehicle crash in Olmsted County.
Christenson, 32, killed Sunday in a two-vehicle collision involving a tow truck in Rochester.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Christenson was operating a Chevy Cruze on US 52 near 36th Avenue SE in Rochester, when the vehicle came into contact with a Ford F-650 tow truck, operated by Cody Hou, 23, of Eyota, around 5:30 Sunday.
Snow and ice may have contributed to the crash.
Hou was not injured in the crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
