VOLUSIA COUNTY, FL. (THECOUNT) — Kenneth Sean Broadway, of Edgewater, Florida, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash in Brevard County Wednesday morning.
Broadway, 53, was killed Wednesday in a single-vehicle rollover ejection crash near Titusville.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Broadway was operating an SUV traveling on Courtenay Parkway near Biolab Road in the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The vehicle then rolled over multiple times ejecting Broadway, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Broadway was pronounced dead on the scene of blunt force trauma injuries, troopers said.
An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
