ZEPHYRHILLS, FL. (THECOUNT) — Chance Duvall of Winter Garden, Florida, has been identified as the victim in a fatal head-on vehicle crash in Pasco County Monday morning.
Duvall, 24, was killed Tuesday morning in a head-on crash in Pasco County.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, Duvall was operating a Toyota Camry on US-98, when he attempted to pass a another vehicle around 6 a.m. Monday morning near Zephyrhills.
Troopers say, Duvall’s vehicle then collided head-on with a semi-tractor trailer.
Duvall was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
The driver of the semi, a 56-year-old man from Plant City, suffered minor injuries, reports BayNews9.
The driver of the Chevy pick-up truck was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
