NEW MADRID COUNTY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Major E. Reed, of New Madrid, and Edward L. Graham, of Cape Girardeau, MO, have been identified as victims in a fatal single-vehicle crash New Madrid County, Missouri, early Sunday.

Reed, 49, and 59-year-old Graham, were both killed after they were involved in a single-vehicle crash around 4 a.m. Sunday, according to officials with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Officials say, Reed was operating a Ford Edge, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle made contact with an embankment causing it to roll over.

Reed and Graham were both ejected during the violent wreck.

They were pronounced dead at the scene by New Madrid County Coroner George Delisle at 4:35 a.m., reports KFVS.
