PASCO COUNTY, FL. (THECOUNT) — Colorado teen, Ernest Blake Crownover, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash in Pasco County, Florida Wednesday morning.

Crownover, 19, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Pasco County early Wednesday morning, Florida Highway Patrol troopers reported.

According to reports, Crownover was operating a Dodge Challenger on State Road 52 in San Antonio, Florida, near Interstate 75, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then came into contact with a concrete support around 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Crownover was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.

Troopers said Crownover was wearing a seatbelt and that alcohol was not a factor in the crash, reports Tampabay.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
