HARTFORD, CT. (THECOUNT) — Christian Grant, of Bloomfield, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash in Hartford Tuesday afternoon.

Grant, 19, was killed after a vehicle he was driving crashed Tuesday on Edgewood Street in Hartford.

According to reports, Grant was operating a vehicle on Edgewood Street around 3 p.m., when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then came into contact with a fence and rolled over before coming to a rest against a multi-unit home.

Grant was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.

Police said Grant was the sole occupant of the vehicle.

No other injuries were reported, reports WFSB.
