KANSAS CITY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Kansas City “Rockstar Burgers” will soon close says the eatery’s owner Brian Smith, accordin gto Monday evening reports.
An online campaign had called for the shuttering of restaurant because of what was called “illegal activities” involving Smith. The nature of the alleged illegal activity remains unclear.
Smith confirmed to KCTV that he is closing the doors.
Rockstar Burgers, located at 1611 Genessee Street, will officially close on Monday, December 9 according to owner Brian Smith.
The business started in late 2015.
