LOGAN, OH. (THECOUNT) — Natalie Nutter, of Logan, Ohio, has been identified as the victim of an apparent murder-suicide on Monday, according to reports.
Kevin Nutter, 38, abducted his 35-year-old estranged wife near Maysville-Williams Road and shot her dead as police closed in on Monday near Nutter Boring Rd. He then turned the gun on himself, according to the Hocking County Sheriff’s Office.
Hocking County Sheriff’s deputies say Natalie and her estranged husband were found dead Monday in an apparent murder-suicide after Kevin Nutter ignored a recent protective order.
Natalie Nutter was the mother of one boy named Crew.
Court records show Natalie Nutter filed for divorce last week. In October, Kevin Nutter violated a protection order by sending her text messages. In November, he pled guilty and was sentenced to one year of probation, reports WCBE.
