GREENVILLE, SC. (THECOUNT) — Janice M. Frazier, of Greenville, South Carolina, has been identified as the victim killed in a vehicle crash on US 25 in northern Greenville County Monday night.
Frazier, 67, died in a crash that occurred after 10: p.m. about 7.5 miles north of Travelers Rest on Highway 25, close to the North Carolina state line.
Troopers said, a 2007 Toyota was traveling north on Highway 25, when for unknown reasons, a Kia traveling in the opposite direction, collided head-on.
The driver of the Kia, later identified as Frazier, became entrapped in the vehicle following the violent collision.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Tuesday, the coroner’s office identified that driver as Frazier of 18 Berea Lane, in Greenville.
The condition of the other driver was not provided by officials.
The crash remains under investigation.
