Hutchinson was taken to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office and allowed to leave once he was sober, Foster said.

Hutchinson was arrested in May 2018 on suspicion of DWI, violation of the implied consent law and speeding. A trial in that case has been scheduled for September 19, 2019.

William Hutchinson was arrested in Fayetteville in January 2016 on charges of DWI, careless driving and refusing to submit to a chemical test. He was convicted in that case, but the ruling was thrown out because of a problem with the ticket, reports 4029tv.

Hutchinson was also arrested in Alabama in May 2016. He was accused of possessing a baggie of MDMA, according to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. He pleaded guilty in August and was sent to pre-trial diversion.

One of the conditions of the diversion program was that Hutchinson would “not be arrested for and/or convicted for any further criminal offenses.” Other conditions included drug tests and a requirement to work or seek employment.
