LONG BEACH, CA. (THECOUNT) — Rosa Elena Hernandez has been identified as the Long Beach woman Killed by man who used an Bird electric scooter to beat her.
Hernandez, 63, was beat to death on a Long Beach residential street by Amad Rashad Redding, who was taken into custody Tuesday.
Redding, 27, of Long Beach, was booked into the Long Beach City Jail on suspicion of murder, with bail set at $2 million, according to police.
A GoFundMe was set up for the victim to help out with funeral expenses.
